Christy Pulis
Christy joined Injury Law Associates in 2024 and works on the firm’s personal injury matters, including motor vehicle, slip and fall, and dog bite cases. With over 25 years of experience in litigation, Christy has represented clients in both state and federal courts, class actions, arbitrations and FLSA matters. Christy’s expertise is in pre-trial discovery with an emphasis on pre-litigation demands, written discovery, and deposition preparation.
Prior to joining Injury Law Associates, Christy worked as a defense attorney representing clients in the pharmaceutical, tobacco, and automotive industries in their products liability litigation. Her background in defense work allows her to see both sides of the case and anticipate opposing counsel’s arguments, which enables her to better represent the firm’s clients.
Christy’s commitment to her community is evident in the volunteer positions she has undertaken. Christy had held executive-level, fundraising, and general board positions on the Shawnee Mission School District PTAs and Booster Clubs, served as a Cub Scout leader, Girl Scout leader, and Leawood recreation league soccer coach, and is currently a volunteer for the Women’s Employment Network’s Annual Luncheon sponsorship committee.
In her free time, Christy enjoys spending time with her family, attending her children’s sports activities, watching live music, and going to the ballet and other theatre events. She also really enjoys a theme party and promises to decorate her office this year.
