Kevin Chaffee has dedicated his entire career to representing victims injured or killed by the neglect of others.
After graduating from the University of Kansas School of Law, Kevin began his legal career at renowned personal injury firms, where former seasoned defense attorneys, turned plaintiff’s lawyers, and trained Kevin how to effectively represent personal injury victims. This unique perspective equipped him with the necessary expertise to effectively represent plaintiffs in a range of personal injury cases, including nursing home neglect, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, and dog bite cases.

He currently serves on the KCMBA’s Torts Committee, where he collaborates with fellow attorneys to advance the field of personal injury law.
In 2014, Kevin’s dedication to community service extended to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) Man and Woman of the Year Campaign. Recognizing the critical role of the LLS in supporting patients and research, Kevin joined forces with fellow candidates to raise over $500,000 for the Midwest Chapter of the LLS. This achievement exemplifies Kevin’s passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.
