Oscar Espinoza
Oscar Espinoza is a senior litigation associate. He handles wrongful death, nursing home abuse, vehicle crashes, and other personal injury cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Oscar worked as a claims adjuster for several large insurance companies as well as a defense attorney, representing the clients of insurance companies in hundreds of cases involving car accidents, slip and falls, and wrongful death matters. Oscar now uses the skills that he learned as an insurance defense attorney to vigorously advocate for his clients.
Oscar is fully fluent in Spanish being born in Managua, Nicaragua. He attended high school in Humble, TX then continued his education at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Science. After graduating from Baylor, Oscar graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2007.
Oscar enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, gaming, and cheering for the Baylor Bears in his spare time.
