Michael Stipetich
Michael represents aggrieved employees in employment discrimination cases, including wrongful termination, retaliation, and sexual harassment. He also assists small businesses in various employment matters, such as compliance with Title VII and state employment discrimination laws and drafting employment agreements and policies.

Michael is licensed in Kansas and Missouri, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Missouri and the District of Kansas. He is an expert in employment discrimination matters. Michael has litigated over 150 cases involving adverse employment actions based on sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, worker’s compensation claimant status, and whistleblowing.
Every year since 2012, Michael has been named a Missouri and Kansas “Rising Star” by Superlawyers.

Michael received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kansas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, also from the University of Kansas.
